Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with local printers in over 30 countries to get your order to you faster. Since we produce as close to you as possible, the transport route and CO2 emissions can be reduced.

Possible customs duties
Deliveries to a country outside the EU may incur customs duties and taxes. These are not included in the total price at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not charged until the order reaches your delivery address, at which point you are responsible for paying these costs. WallartvonArx has no control over the amount of fees, as they depend on the respective shipping destination.

How soon will my order be delivered?

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. Usually you will receive your order within 6-12 working days.

Who will ship my order?

Once your order is printed and handed over to the shipping partner, you will receive an email with the name of the shipping partner and the tracking number for your order. It may take up to a full business day for the tracking link to update with information about your shipment.

What kind of packaging do we use?

We work with various printers around the world to minimize CO2 emissions. For this reason, we have opted for a minimalist and environmentally friendly type of packaging. Orders containing both prints and frames will be shipped flat together in the same packaging, back to back, with the print in its own protective sleeve.

Print-only orders will be delivered either in a sturdy cardboard tube or in a thick flat cardboard box, depending on the production location.

In some cases, we ship items from different locations, so an order may have multiple packages and tracking links.

Return
Unfortunately, as our products are print on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for your prints. We do not have a warehouse. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your print, please contact us and we will try to find the best possible solution.

Can I return a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within two weeks via the contact form so that we can send you a new copy. We need the following information from you:

-A picture of the damaged product and the damaged packaging
-The ID number of the order.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept returns for prints or frames, as these are print on demand items and we do not have a warehouse.

Posters in the frame
Supplied with a pre-assembled hanging kit (horizontal and vertical). With some frames, the hanging kit comes separately in a small plastic bag and is not attached to the frame. Then you can use the included screws and attach it to the back panel.

Packaging

The frames are pre-wrapped with corners and foil and then packed in a cardboard box with reinforced edges to protect the frames. In addition, I-beams are used to give the packaging even more stability, especially for orders with multiple items (max. 3 frames in one package).

Posters only
Depending on the size of the poster and the country where the item is produced and shipped, we use different packaging. Default is:
Flat for posters up to A4 (up to 100 posters per pack)
Tube for posters over A4 (up to 5 posters per tube)

Thickness: 20-25mm/0.79"-0.98" and for USA market 1.9cm/0.75"

All types of paper used are FSC certified.
